Over the past year, I’ve been working on an anthology called The Lost, a fiction anthology inspired by the game Kingdom of Nothing. I sorted submissions, contacted authors, edited stories, worked on contracts, wrote campaign copy, created a video and mixed up audio to make this campaign happen.
Now it’s finally launched!
The Lost is based on a game called Kingdom of Nothing, which is about the lives of the homeless. It takes things to a metaphorical, magical place, but it’s a very effective game. After I read the game, I knew I wanted to do something to help. So this anthology isn’t just a group of fantastic stories (though it is that) it’s a fundraiser for charity. Our profits are going to benefit City Harvest, a charity that feeds the hungry.
I am so proud of this project. The stories in it are so beautiful and I’m glad I finally get to share it. If you want a great group of stories, some fantastic rewards, and want to help feed the hungry, all together, check out our campaign.
